After Blaise Aguera y Arcas offered a tantalizing peek at the world of Microsoft PhotoSynth a couple of years ago, he recently made a return to TED to demo the latest incredible innovation in mapping.

Wow that is simply amazing! Google Street View really has nothing on this.. inside & video OMG!
But the question is how long are we going to have to wait for the mapping imagery outside of the US? Here in Australia we were a few years behind with Street View.
